Our CEO's started this business after working for large on your lot builders as high-level executives. They were concerned with most home buyers' lack of knowledge regarding land development. After years of seeing home buyers struggle with trying to understand jurisdiction and municipality lingo, watching them spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary items, and hearing the complaints of how they got scammed by untrained and unethical permit runners; they decided to come together to develop GO Feasibility & Permitting to help On-your-lot- home buyers understand the course and set them on a path to be successful.  We happily guide clients through the process, providing them with cost savings, proper expectations, sanity, and a home they love.
